Gu Siyang is Representative for Greater China at the Isle of Man Ship Registry, bringing over 15 years of international maritime experience across the United Kingdom, Singapore, Australia, and China. He studied at the Australian Maritime College, Dalian Maritime University, and Cardiff University.

His career spans ports and terminal operations, crew management, ship supply logistics, commercial shipping, and vessel management across Ro-Ro, bulk, and container sectors. Having lived and worked extensively in both Western and Asian markets, he combines international maritime expertise with a deep understanding of the Chinese shipping industry.

Working closely with shipowners, ship managers, classification societies, maritime authorities, and industry partners, Gu Siyang supports the Registry's commercial development throughout Greater China. His international perspective and strong industry relationships enable him to build lasting partnerships and promote the Isle of Man flag across one of the world's most important shipping markets.
